Laura got offended and told him she isn't desperate as she was before,she only wants her daughter to be treated.
Laura went to the hospital to see Ismael and her daughters. Ishmael noticed Laura was looking sad,he asked her what had happened,Laura said she spoke to Antonio and she told him what Antonio offered.
Ishmael Told Laura that the doctor had come through,he told Ishmael that Kara's Pneumonia had cleared up but they need to start chemotherapy to prevent other infections.
So Ismael suggested that Laura let's Antonio take Kara so she could be treated.

A nurse went to Kara's ward,Kara asked about Edward,the nurse said he was discharged so he was about to leave.
